On the 4th of December, Recycllux presented at Ocean Plastic International Matchmaking (OPIM) 2025, during the Innovative Ideas Session – a global online forum connecting key actors across the ocean plastic value chain.
We showcased how satellite Earth Observation, AI, and blockchain can be combined to move from detecting marine plastic from space to coordinating real-world cleanup operations at sea.
OPIM 2025 highlighted the power of technology-enabled collaboration to tackle marine plastic pollution at scale. Being part of this exchange reinforced the importance of shared frameworks, interoperable data, and cross-sector partnerships to turn innovation into tangible results for cleaner seas and resilient coastal communities.
